Thank you so much for your purchase! We truly hope you're enjoying it. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, your order could qualify for a refund. Please take a moment to check out the information below for more details on our return policy.
Returns
We take great care in checking the condition of each product before it reaches you! That's why we unfortunately cannot accept returns under normal circumstances, unless:
- The dress arrives damaged or if you've received the wrong dress.
Please make sure to submit any return requests within 24 hours of delivery. Also, all returned items should be in new, unused condition with their original tags and labels still attached.
Just a heads up, a full continuous video of the unboxing is required to process your return request.

If you need to return an item, please make sure to place it securely back in its original packaging. Then, drop us an email at widhura.closet@gmail.com including your order ID and a full recorded video. We’re here to help!
Refunds
Once we get your returned product and check its condition, we'll go ahead and process your refund. We’ll reach out if we need any additional information from you.
If your product is defective or damaged, please feel free to reach out to us using the contact details below, and we’ll help you set up a refund or an exchange.
Just a quick reminder: To ensure we can accept returns or refunds, it's really important that you record a video during the unboxing or unpacking of the delivered product.
